Did anyone get a chance to read the piece of dung called the Republican jobs plan?

The Dems had the majority for years, then a Dem president as well for another 2 years, but, never produced one. Someone's got to do it, the stimulus plan failed miserably, Dream Act failed, cash-for-clunkers, getting us involved with Libya, billion dollar handouts to Chavez, bailing out Europe, corporate bail-outs, apparently everything else is far more important than jobs and the economy.
