Starting a volleyball league. Any good sites I can reference?

I'm looking to start a volleyball league since I am well connected to 1000's of people in my city and the existing leagues are WAY overpriced and poorly run. I understand about reserving the fields and hiring a ref. What I need help with are the rules, competitive levels and such... Thanks in advance!
