Smart boyfriend makes me feel inferior?

me and my bf are both studying medicine in the same uni, (we started dating here), he is sooooo smart that he always get A in every exam with a 3.89 pointer now. But i usually get C+ or B-, like that, and this makes me feel bad. He NEVER ever say things that make me feel bad, he even say exams don't label a person smart or not, and me being A student or not is nothing, he is so sweet. but it's just me, i feel bad when all lecturers know him and like him, and all other students idolise him, and he even get awards, maybe i am jelous. ppl keep saying i can learn from him and all, but maybe that's all i can acheive. We love each other and we don;t have any other problems, it's just this smart bf is making me jelous, and i know i shoudnt. should i breakup? but i love him, and it's not fair for him cz he didnt do anything wrong. help, i feel depressed
