Guy help, plz plz help!?

Me & him work 2gether @ a strip clb, am a dancer & he is a manager, we started dating 1 mth ago but have been talking for 4! My first kiss with him was in the office @ work & if people @ work find out we r dating we can both get fired, employees can't date! Well just 4 the fact he works there makes me wonder if he does that w/ other girls, I wnt thru his phone like 10 min ago and I read a txt that said " wow! That was a good kiss, we should do it again sometime" then on the other one he says "don't tell anybody about this, we can both get fired" well I feel stupid right now, he is asleep and snoring! How do I confront him about this! Plz help
