Do police show the owner of plate numbers??

My friends and I ding dong ditched this ladies house who's daughter is in our grade and then I honked twice and my friends yelled profanity out the window. She chased us but I lost her and she got my plate numbers. She'll have to go to the police station to get the owner of the plate numbers but will they give her my name and address since its not that big of a crime or should I stop worrying? I swear I'll never do this again.
