Help! What's wrong with Dell Inspirion 600m laptop? recieving error code 1000-0146.?

You have a Dell computer so call dell support @ 1-800-624-9896. I'm not sure of how long you've had your machine, but I gave my dell a coke bath on accident and I have a machine with all new insides...for free. Call them, let them run their tests with you and get it fixed. I had a great experience with dell support and hopefully you will, too :) Good Luck :)
