No such thing as justice?

i am on advisement for Contributing to the delinquincy of a minor, during this time i was arrested for possesion of marijuana, i had court today. i was in my friends car when i got arrested along with another friend, he was not there and it was in the door. the owner of the car came forward when i was in jail and wrote a statement saying it was his marijuana for personal use and i didnt know it was in the car, another friend also pleadguilty, and the prosecutor is still tryin to charge me, thats some BS. my judge HATES me and told me if i cam back hes throwin me in jail, and since i have a review for my advisement in 2 weeks, i need to know what the max punishment for contributing to the delinquency of a minor in michigan is, because even though im not convicted and may be found innnocent in this new charge, they can still throw me in jail for havin police contact.
