Would Oklahoma be the team to beat in the West if they got David West within 2 years?

I pretty much think in 2 years they would have the best starting 5. They would have best defensive Center in Perkins, a top 4 PF in that conference in D. West, the best player in the West in Durant since Kobe will be turning 34 in 2012 season, the best point guard in the Western Conference if CP3 goes Orlando or to the Knicks.
