Can the changes during puberty make you dizzy throughout puberty?

I have been feeling dizzy occasionally on and off sometimes. i got a physical and blood tests, and i was fine, well i did have strep but i got rid of that. I'm still dizzy today, is this because of puberty? i am 13 years old. the dizziness is in my head, i feel like I'm gonna fall over, or my head is wobbling.
