How does this wavefunction evolve with time?

If i'm understanding the question correctly then the wave function should not change over time. The only time I could imagine it would change is if it were not in an infinite potential well. When you put an electron inside a finite potential well there is a probability it could tunnel and escape the well. I think you're correct but i do better on the visualization of quantum mechanics than I do on the mathematics side.
