sit ups dont make you loose the fat on your tummy, you may be workin the muscles out and toning them up but you will never see those results if you have the fat covering up the muscles, to get rid of the fat, you have to do cardio, cardio burns fat, so try running, a stationary bike or swimming, something that gets your heart pumping
