A mentor, a guide, a tutor?

hi, i am a sopre in georgia and an only child with difficult parents that don't really understand what a teenager needs in this stage of her life. they're supportive and generous, but i can't really talk to them about my troubles. So i am looking for a kind of an online pen pal that i can email once in a while about questions that i have about school and college. if you are interested in helping out a sopre and answering her serious questions about college such as which college is best for her, financial aid, which major she should choose, etc, please let me know! :] i know i should really be asking my counselor about these things but the truth is she's not that great a counselor. she's not attentive or nice, and not really interested in understanding her students' problems. and plus she's not even in her office when i need to talk to her! so i've decided on an online mentor, who can answer my questions maybe once a month about college etc thank you so much!! =)
